- 16th of December 1998 Council of Warsaw Stock Exchange admits the shares of "Pemug" S.A. to stock exchange turn over.
- 30th of December 1998 Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange passes the resolution about the first stock exchange listing of "Pemug" S.A. shares on the parallel market in the uniform course system.
- 8th of January 1999 the first listing of "Pemug" S.A. shares on Warsaw Stock Exchange (price: 10 PLN per 1 share)
